Vitamin C Deceives You ..
Such conditions, like the needs to beautifier our body and other needs, created a ‘habit’ to take supplemental vitamin C. Many of us are willing to pay a such an expensive stuffs, to get supplemental vitamin C, either in the form of tablets, powders, liquids, etc. Coupled with a variety of advertising seduction, whether in print, television and in the shopping center almost every day we meet. In fact they have a tendency to consume vitamin C in excess.

Thus vitamin C will lower the reabsorption of bile acids . Vitamin C maintains the balance of cholesterol and triglycerides, so if the levels of both increased, vitamin C can reduce the levels. Unfortunately, this only applies to people with high cholesterol and high triglycerides. In addition, vitamin C is very important for the synthesis of collagen which is a strong fiber making up the muscle, skin, blood vessels as well. So, it is clear that lack of vitamin C would weaken the structure of the blood vessels, the heart, and the heart muscle.
